DESCRIPTION
The DLHF series of high flow pleated filter cartridges are one of DORSAN®’s latest new inventions. They are designed for a variety of uses, such as pre-filtration for reverse osmosis (RO), water filtration in general and refrigeration systems.
DLHF filter cartridges feature a large 6 inch/152 mm diameter, with no central tube. They are open on one side and have an inside which favours the outward expulsion of filtered liquid.
They are made in two types of filter materials: polypropylene and glass microfibre.
The large diameter and elevated filter surface of a DLHF filter cartridge — as compared to a traditional meltblown cartridge system — reduces the number of units needed. Its long useful life, high flow rate and low required equipment investment make the DLHF system the most convenient and least expensive one to use in a number of industrial applications.
FEATURES
Gradual porosity in 3 layers.
High flow up to 70 m³/h.
Available in 20″, 40″ and 60” lengths.
No central tube.
APPLICATIONS
Pre-filtration of RO units
Filtration of cooling water in power plants
API, solvents and water filtration in biopharmaceutical production
Beverages
Microelectronics, films, fibres and resin retention
